The Glaze deflocculant is non-toxic water based formulated product,could be used in preparation of body slurry or glaze pulp in ceramic industry.It could lower water content of slurry,increase fluidity,save energy consumption and improve general performance of ceramic powder.

II.Product property:

1.Low cost,widely used in slurry slip preparation of ceramic field;

2.Reduce thixotropic and increase fluidity and leveling property of glaze pulp;

3. Reduce viscosity and increase fluidity of body slurry,meet the conveying requirement of spray drier;

4. Lower water content of slurry,increase stability,save energy consumption,lower production cost;

5. Provide grinding aid to the raw material,shorten grinding time,increase efficiency and save energy consumption of ball mill.

III.Product application:

1.General dosage is 0.2-0.5% of dry raw material.Please find out the optimum dosage for production through lab tests.

2.Grind along with ceramic raw materials and water when use.More over,our liquid dispersant could also be used along with STPP,sodium silicate,etc,so as to find out the best and most cost-effective combination.

IV.Storage: Non-toxic and non-polluting product, keep sealed in dry and cool place after use.
